We will do everything we can to make sure the conversion is successful, but if after reviewing your converted file and determining that our software cannot successfully convert your data, we can issue a refund for your purchase.

If you are dissatisfied with the results of your conversion please contact us within 30 days of your completed conversion with the export ID and the issues you are having with your file.
